For many young people, starting a traineeship means starting a new phase of life. Professional and working life presents new challenges and unlocks potential for development and other opportunities. Questions arise on individual strengths and weaknesses, future professional development, personal responsibility or the balance between school, work and leisure.

 

We guide our trainees through the development of their professional competences within the framework of a well-founded, practice-oriented induction supervised by our competent and committed employees.
Furthermore, we share basic methodological knowledge on, for example, office etiquette, quality-oriented work, handling clients, organisation, time management and motivation, as well as conflict behaviour and awareness-raising for involvement and assumption of responsibilities in the consultancy.
The trainees also have the possibility of enjoying personal career support and considering and discussing their own strengths and potential, values and motives, aptitudes and feelings as well as aims with an in-house personal coach.
